Tai Chi and Intestinal Problems
As I continue my practice, the health benefits of Tai Chi become more and more apparent to me. Apart from improvements in strength and suppleness, I am now sleeping better and feeling more energetic. I am still losing weight. I attribute this to the effect that Tai Chi has on the internal organs and the digestive tract. I wonder if it could be beneficial for sufferers from intestinal diseases such as Diverticulitis. It might a useful extra measure to supplement a Diverticulitis Diet.
